HOW THE REALTOR MARKETING ALLIANCE WORKS:

The Listing Brokerage offers a SHOWING BONUS up to $150 maximum per agent as a referral fee to Agents who show their approved RMA listings and provide feedback about the RMA property.

The Referral fee is ONLY paid to the Showing Agent's Brokerage when the property funds, records and closes.

NOTE: SHOWING AGENT REFERRAL FEE should be disclosed in writing to your clients prior to showing an RMA Listing.

EXAMPLE ONE: The Listing agent/brokerage offers $900 as a SHOWING BONUS to the other agents.
If 9 agents qualify for the SHOWING BONUS REFERRAL FEE and the property funds, records & closes,
the listing brokerage would send a $90 REFERRAL FEE to the brokerages of each of the 9 agents who participated and $90 to Boomerang Real Estate for the RMA services.

EXAMPLE TWO: The Listing agent/brokerage offers $500 as a SHOWING BONUS to the other agents.
If 2 agents qualify for the SHOWING BONUS REFERRAL FEE and the property funds, records & closes,
the listing brokerage would send a $150 REFERRAL FEE to the brokerages of each of the two agents who participated and $150 to Boomerang Real Estate for the RMA services.

EXAMPLE THREE: The Listing agent offers $800 as a SHOWING BONUS to the other agents.
If 24 agents qualify for the SHOWING BONUS REFERRAL FEE and the property funds, records & closes, the listing brokerage
would send a $32 REFERRAL FEE to the brokerages of each of the 24 agents who participated and $32 to Boomerang Real Estate for the RMA services.

TO QUALIFY: Each SHOWING AGENT must do the following:
FIRST - Work for a registered RMA Real Estate Company. - (FREE for Brokerage to join)
SECOND - Contact the listing agent prior to showing the property.
THIRD - Gets verbal consent from the listing agent to participate in the SHOWING BONUS.
FOURTH - Show the listing to their buying clients.
FIFTH - Fills out a FEEDBACK Form online that is provided by the Listing Agent.
Those who follow these guidelines will be qualified in the sharing of the SHOWING BONUS REFERRAL.

Benefits of an RMA Property to a Seller:
